1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order via our website’s contact page or order buttons or email us at willowcottagebakery@gmail.com. Please be sure to provide details about your desired products, quantities, and any special requests.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Venmo, or we can send you an invoice powered by Wave to pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
3. When should I place my order?
We kindly ask for at least one week’s notice to ensure availability and quality. For larger or more intricate orders, additional lead time may be necessary. We do our best to accept last-minute orders, but availability is not guaranteed.
4. Can I customize my order?
Customizations to flavors, colors, or size of items may be available upon request. Custom orders must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to additional charges. Please notify us of any changes at least 48 hours before production begins. Changes after that may not be possible.
5. What is your refund or replacement policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6. How do pickup and delivery work?
Pickup and delivery times are scheduled in advance. If you miss your scheduled time without notice, we may be unable to reschedule or issue a refund. Our products are available exclusively to customers located in New York State at the time of purchase and delivery/pickup.
7. Are your products safe for people with allergies?
Our baked goods are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, fish/shellfish, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products; consequently, our products are not recommended for moderately or severely allergic individuals. Some items are labeled gluten-free friendly but are not safe for those with celiac disease.
8. Can you guarantee my order will look exactly like photos?
We strive to honor design requests; however, due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, color, and decoration are normal and expected.
9. How do you handle cancellations?
Willow Cottage Bakery LLC reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather, or supply issues. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or reschedule option.
